The itinerary begins at the Font Major and coincides with part of the healthy itinerary 1 and the interpretive and guided route “The river is alive!” created as a result of the downpours of October 22, 2019. A circular route through the river environment of l’Espluga de Francolí and the confluence of the Milans and Francolí rivers.

Healthy Itinerary 3
Circular route that passes by the Guasch mill and the Milmanda castle, an old Poblet farm, circulating along the dry river and sharing a section with the walk from l’Espluga to Vimbodí. Vineyards, olive trees, almond and hazelnut trees.

Healthy Itinerary 4
Circular itinerary that brings us closer to the Poblet monastery along the bike lane on the side of the road, passing through the Masías, a former spa area in the 19th century and currently an area of tourist accommodation. The route also passes through the El Garber nature garden and returns to l’Espluga along paths surrounded by crops.

Walk to the Hermitage of the Holy Trinity
A circular itinerary that brings us closer to the hermitage of the Holy Trinity. The route to the hermitage is asphalt (3.5km) and then continues along paths that enter the Poblet forest.

Walk from l'Espluga to Vimbodí
A circular itinerary that connects l’Espluga with the neighboring town of Vimbodí-Poblet along farm roads with fields, vineyards, olive trees, almond and hazelnut trees, passing by the Milmanda Castle and the Torrents Hermitage.

Route of the mysteries and the cross in the Holy Trinity
The path of the mysteries and the Cross is a circular route through the Partial Nature Reserve of the Trinidad ravine, above the Sant Josep fountain and the Angel chapel. At the highest point of the route where the cross is preserved, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Trinidad Valley and the Prades Mountains.

Itinerary 1 – Nature Itinerary through the Pena oak forest
Itinerary with historical and heritage elements related to the ancestral use of the territory, which goes up the Pena ravine and reaches the viewpoint, from which there is an impressive panoramic view of the ravine, the holm oak forests and the Martinenc oak grove.

Itinerary 3 – Itinerary through the yew forest and the reboll oak grove
The itinerary goes up the Tillar ravine and reaches the highest point of the Prades mountains: the Baltasana tossal (1,201 m), an impressive circular viewpoint, surrounded by a reboll oak grove unique in Catalonia.

Itinerary 4 – Mycological itinerary through the Castellfollit forest
The itinerary runs through the Castellfollit ravine, through a centuries-old pine forest of red pine, mountainous oak forests, oak groves and shady places.
The set of images painted on the tree trunks represent some of the best-known mushrooms. These, among many others, can be found in the undergrowth of this itinerary.

Itinerary 5 – Geological Itinerary of the Poblet Forest
The itinerary takes us from the Castellfollit ravine to the Fraguas ravine, surrounding the granite complex of Roca de la Mel and Roca Ponent, with important spiers and potholes and allows us to see some of the most impressive granite quarries in the area. , as well as a barite vein that was exploited in several sectors.

Itinerary 6 – Tozal de la Cruz Viewpoint
Easy and quiet circular route that runs through vineyards and shady forests with wild hazelnuts and chestnut trees. Upon reaching the Tossal de la Creu viewpoint there is an excellent view of the Poblet monastery and its surroundings and the old spa area of Las Masías and the elevated parts of La Pena.

Yews, hollies and martinenc oaks within the shady holm oak forests are the vegetation of this route with numerous fountains that collect the water filtered by the calcareous cliffs, one of which has unique travertine formations. Small puddles have also been generated that are ideal spaces for amphibians, such as salamanders.

GR 175 The Cistercian Route
The Cistercian Route itinerary follows the route of the GR175, runs through the regions of Alt Camp, Conca de Barberà and Urgell and is the only route that links the three Cistercian monasteries of Santas Creus, Poblet and Vallbona de les Monks.
The Cistercian Route also offers you the places of the Prades mountains and the Poblet Natural Site of National Interest, the vineyards of Conca, the fields of Urgell, the carena of Cogulló and the flat lands of Alt Camp.
